By placing an order at Nerdemia, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. Nerdemia does not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check that you've selected the correct size, color, and other options, and that your shipping address is accurate before placing an order.
Fulfillment Time
All shirts are made to order, meaning I do not keep inventory on hand. Once payment is received, I begin the production process, which includes ordering blank shirts, applying DTF transfers, manually pressing each design, packaging the order, and delivering it to the post office. Due to this process, shipping may begin two weeks or more after your order is placed.
Shipping Locations
Currently, I only ship to the United States and U.S. territories (American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands). I hope to expand to other countries in the future.
Tracking Numbers
Once your order ships, it will be updated with a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier picks up your package.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Shipments outside the United States may incur customs fees or taxes. These fees vary depending on the order value, destination country, and other factors. Buyers are responsible for any such charges.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations, Nerdemia cannot ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Crimea, Ukraine, Afghanistan, Belarus, Brunei, Gaza, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, Russia, Tajikistan, and Yemen.
Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order as long as fulfillment has not yet begun.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item, please provide a clear photo of the product laid flat. For incorrect items (wrong design, size, or color), include a photo of the packing slip as well. Once the issue is approved, I will replace the item(s) at no extra cost. Replacements will match the original size, color, and design. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, I cannot offer a refund or resend the item.
Carrier Errors
Nerdemia is not responsible for errors made by shipping carriers, including incorrect deliveries.
Lost in Transit
If your package is lost in transit, I will replace it at no cost. Claims can be submitted 7 business days after the estimated delivery date has passed.
Returned to Sender
If your order is returned to me because it was unclaimed at your local post office or refused at delivery, I can re-ship it at your expense. Otherwise, the item will be resold and no refund will be issued.
Gift Messages
You may include a short, personal message during checkout. It will appear on the packing slip. Orders marked as gifts will not display prices.
