How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Once you place an order I’ll send the image to my production partner where the product will be made, packaged, and shipped to you upon completion. This process takes about 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday). Then add the extra time for shipping, which depends on your location.

Where do you ship from?
All US orders ship from either Chatsworth, California or Charlotte, North Carolina via USPS, DHL, or FedEx depending on package’s size. International orders leave the US via APC Postal Logistics and are then handled by your local post office. Some orders to Europe ship from Riga, Latvia.

Can you provide a tracking number?
I can provide a tracking number for all US orders and most international ones. Some orders to European countries will ship from Latvia, and for those I can’t provide a tracking number yet. Hopefully this will change in the near future. Note: Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to be updated after the order is shipped.

What about customs duties & taxes?
Shipments outside of the United States may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. The buyer is responsible for these fees.

What about customs duties & taxes?
All sales are final. NerdFuel does not accept returns or make exchanges. Make sure you select the correct size, color, etc. before placing an order.

You can request the cancellation of an order as long as the fulfillment process for your item hasn’t begun, which usually starts about 2 business days after you place the order.

Which printer and paper do you use for posters?
All images are printed on an Epson Stylus Pro 7900 with UltraChrome HDR ink-jet technology on Epson enhanced, heavyweight stock matte paper.

What technology is used to print on t-shirts?
I use the direct-to-garment (DTG) method of printing on a Brother GT 381 printer. That means I can create photo-quality prints, and that the amount ordered doesn’t affect the price. Inks are water based and eco-friendly.

Disclaimer about Direct-to-Garment printing
Colors on finished product may vary slightly. You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. This is a special solution used for printing and can sometimes leave marks during the drying process. These are not stains and will wash off.

Disclaimer about sublimation
When printing flat artwork onto a constructed garment some imperfections will occur, particularly under the arm. Expect to have smudges, blurs, and creasing near edges, seams, and collars of shirts.

What happens if the package gets lost in the mail?
If your sent order is lost in the mail I’ll make another one and send it again at no extra charge.

What if the product is damaged in the mail?
I’ll need a photo of the damaged goods, then I’ll gladly send a free replacement.

Can you include personal notes when buying an item as a gift?
Yes. I can add a short message that will appear on the packing slip.

Can I request a custom design for a poster, T-shirt, etc?
Absolutely! As long as it doesn’t include a logo, is not a design from another store, or is “fan art” I will try to fulfill your wishes.
